We had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Detroit Novi! The pool was perfect for our kids, and the complimentary breakfast was a hit with the whole family. Our room was spacious, with a cozy area for the kids to play while we relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a polished lobby with a fresh, contemporary vibe, making a strong first impression. The indoor pool area is nice for relaxing, even if it does get a bit noisy when full of families.

Spending time in the rooms left a lot to be desired. The carpet leading to my room showed serious signs of wear, almost like it hadn’t seen a cleaning in ages. The bathroom vent was non-functional, causing steam to linger and create a swampy atmosphere during showers. The bathtub water temperature fluctuated wildly, making for an uncomfortable experience. Coupled with a loose shower faucet that felt like it might fall apart, it definitely felt like maintenance was lagging. My second room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, likely trapped in the curtains. I ran into issues with the thermostat, which was completely ineffective, and there was no proper door on the bathroom, just a sliding wooden piece that failed to seal off any privacy. Not the kind of attention this place needs, especially with so much potential.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed the pool and explored the Links of Novi Golf Course. Perfect for some fun times and relaxation. It’s also a short drive to see the Tigers play at Comerica Park!

I had a great time exploring the nearby Twelve Oaks Mall, which is just a short walk away, and enjoyed relaxing at Lakeshore Park, perfect for a peaceful stroll during my stay.

The wellness suite offered ample space for our prom send-off, and supportive staff allowed flexible use of amenities for our event, making it memorable.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was disruptive and numerous housekeeping issues detracted from overall comfort during our stay.

Loved the spacious wellness suite for my daughter's prom! Perfect for getting ready and the courtyard made for beautiful photos. Sidewalks should've been shoveled by 9 PM though. Overall, a fantastic stay! 🎉

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free WiFi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool. The staff helped me find my forgotten hairbrush, which was memorable. I highly recommend enjoying a drink at the bar. Coming back for Easter!
